This week we had a 2015 VW Touareg in from a trade customer, needing coding and radar calibration after a replacement front radar was fitted.
Using ODIS—Volkswagen’s official dealer diagnostic platform, we:
- Gained full security access to remove component protection
- Coded the new radar sensor into the system via VW servers in Germany
- Calibrated the front radar to factory specification, ensuring adaptive cruise control and front assist systems function exactly as intended
